Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient to tours and restaurants, although a bit off the beaten path, which had its advantages. The rooms were equipped with all the necessities for a weeklong stay but could benefit from some modern upgrades. The service was top-notch, particularly the care provided for the rooms. While the dining options were nothing special, the pleasant and helpful staff made up for it.
My stay at the Embassy Suites was awesome. The rooms were a little dated but more than adequate and comfortable, with good WiFi. The service was friendly and very helpful with suggestions for places to eat. The location was great, very near downtown, offering convenience without feeling exhausted. The dining experience was a plus, especially during breakfast.
The hotel's location is extremely convenient, within walking distance to many attractions and near the City Market. Rooms were well laid out with good beds and nice comforters, though some sidewalk and street noise was noticeable. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond. The dining experience offered a nice selection, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the Hampton Inn was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comprehensive and clean, just as you'd expect from this chain. Although the hotel is facing traffic near a busy intersection and my room only had 2 queen beds without a good view, I found it to be a comfortable stay. The service was outstanding, with a minor hiccup of having to bring 4 remotes before finding one that worked with our TV. The location was perfect in the historic district, allowing easy access to all the charm of Savannah without being in the heart of the 'too touristy' areas. The dining experience was very good, plentiful, and well staffed, but smoked salmon bagels are a must-try.
